Join the AAFP September 26-29, 2024 in Minneapolis, MN. Attendees wish to speak with you to learn more about your products and services. The Exhibitor Prospectus has information regarding booth details, pricing, and additional advertising/sponsorship opportunities.
Why Exhibit?
- Conference attendees are feline practitioners who are dedicated to increasing their knowledge and practicing high standards of feline medicine.
- Attendees have asked to see NEW products and NEW exhibiting companies! Our enthusiastic attendees plan to explore each exhibit booth and with our raffle passport program, meaningful interaction is guaranteed.
- You will see attendees at every coffee break, lunch, and reception because these meals take place in the exhibit hall. In addition, all registered exhibitors receive full hot meals.
- Over 1,000 in-person attendees are anticipated.

Approval Process of New Companies
The AAFP welcomes new companies who have never exhibited at an AAFP Conference before – you won't be disappointed!
The AAFP has an approval process for all new exhibitors, sponsors, and/or advertisers. All products and services to be exhibited or advertised must be directly related to veterinary medicine or it must enhance our Exhibit Hall.
When registering for the conference, if your company name isn't in the drop-down list, please contact exhibitor@catvets.com to receive the vetting form. More information on the criteria for exhibiting or advertising at the AAFP Conference can be found on page seven of the Exhibitor Prospectus.
Advertising & Sponsorship Opportunities:
The conference allows for a few other options should you wish to expand your brand and reach. If you are already a registered exhibitor, these items can be added to your exhibitor portal. Contact exhibitor@catvets.com for more information.
**Please note all new exhibitors or advertisers must get pre-approval from the AAFP Conference Task Force.
Product Showcase – Feature and highlight your product outside of the exhibit hall in our Product Showcase area. Panels are limited and each company must submit their artwork by August 9, 2024.
- Cost: $850 per panel (limit one product per panel)
Bag Insert – To help drive traffic to your booth and increase awareness of your brand, place a promotional flyer, brochure, drawing/raffle card, or coupon in each attendee's tote bag. It's a guarantee that each attendee will walk away with at least one piece of information about your company.
The bag insert is limited to one page but can be two-sided, the maximum size is 8.5” x 11”. You must provide and ship 800 inserts (*the number of inserts subject to change ~ exact number will be provided closer to the meeting date) to the address on the shipping label (available in the exhibitor portal) no later than August 26, 2024.
- Cost: $500.00 per insert
Onsite Program Book Advertising – The Program Book will be utilized by attendees to plan their learning as it contains the full educational information such as agendas, session abstracts, and speaker bios. Ads are full color and come in half and quarter-page sizes and each company must submit their artwork by August 2, 2024.
- Cost: Quarter Page Ad - $495; Half Page Ad - $950 (limited to 5 full pages on a first-come, first-served basis).

NO EARLY DISMANTLING OF EXHIBITS WILL BE PERMITTED. EARLY BREAKDOWN WITHOUT PERMISSION MAY RESULT IN FORFEITURE OF BOOTH SPACE IN FUTURE YEARS.
